Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused Marketing Manager to join a growing business at a key stage of its development. This position will play a central role in shaping and delivering marketing activity that drives brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, work closely with cross-functional teams, and bring a modern, data-led approach to marketing-leveraging AI and automation tools to improve performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Contribute to the development of the overall marketing roadmap
- Own the delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to business goals
- Manage timelines, budgets, and campaign performance from concept through to delivery
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Drive lead generation through targeted marketing initiatives
- Plan and deliver campaigns across digital and offline channels
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise activity
Product & Proposition Marketing
- Support go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Create compelling messaging and positioning for different audiences
- Develop sales collateral and supporting materials
Content & Brand
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all touchpoints
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content (blogs, case studies, insights)
- Use AI-driven tools to enhance content production and scalability
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage core digital channels including SEO, paid media, email, and social
- Monitor website performance and user engagement metrics
- Use insights and data to improve conversion rates and ROI
Events & External Engagement
- Lead the delivery of events such as webinars, exhibitions, and partner initiatives
- Build relationships with external partners, suppliers, and media
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members
- Collaborate closely with sales and other internal teams
- Manage external agencies and contractors where required
- Report on marketing effectiveness and key metrics to senior leadership
Experience Required
- 5+ years' experience in a marketing role, including time in a managerial or senior position
- Strong grasp of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices
- Experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
- Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure success
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to AI tools within a marketing context
Desirable Background
- Experience in B2B environments, ideally within tech or a related sector
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Strong content marketing and storytelling experience
- Any sector-specific experience (e.g. automotive) would be beneficial
