Location: Harlow - On-site
Salary: Up to £40k
I'm currently working with one of my top clients, a leading retailer, who are looking to bring in an Events Coordinator to join their growing marketing team.
This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing brands to life through events, partnerships and creative activations. You'll play a key role in planning and delivering a range of events, sponsorships and brand experiences that help drive awareness and engagement.
The team are supportive, ambitious and full of ideas, with strong growth plans in place - so it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box and creating memorable brand moments.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and coordinating a variety of brand events, activations and sponsorship opportunities
* Supporting the delivery of trade shows, retail events, brand launches and promotional activity
* Managing event logistics including venues, suppliers, timelines and budgets
* Working closely with internal teams across marketing, ecommerce and commercial to ensure events align with wider campaigns
* Coordinating sponsorship partnerships and ensuring brand presence is executed effectively
* Briefing and working with external partners, agencies and suppliers
* Supporting event promotion across digital channels and marketing campaigns
* Measuring event success and reporting on engagement, attendance and overall impact
Ideal background:
* Experience in an events, marketing or brand activation role
* Experience coordinating events, sponsorships or brand activations
* Strong organisational and project management skills
* A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
* Confident managing multiple projects and working with external partners and suppliers
* Background within retail, consumer brands, lifestyle brands or events agencies would be beneficial
