I'm currently working with one of my top clients, a leading retailer, who are looking to bring in a Marketing Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious marketing function with strong growth plans, where you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering the brand's marketing campaigns and promotional activity.
The role will sit at the heart of the marketing team, helping to plan, manage and execute the promotional calendar, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and managing the annual promotional and campaign calendar, ensuring activity is planned and delivered effectively
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns, from planning through to execution and analysis
* Working closely with internal teams including ecommerce, digital, design and trading to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives
* Coordinating seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity across digital and in-store channels
* Briefing and managing creative assets, content and campaign materials
* Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key marketing and commercial metrics
* Supporting brand growth through creative campaign ideas and marketing initiatives
* Managing relationships with external agencies, partners and suppliers
Ideal background:
* Experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive role
* Strong experience managing marketing campaigns and promotional calendars
* Background within retail, ecommerce, consumer brands or FMCG would be highly beneficial
* Experience working cross-functionally with digital, ecommerce and commercial teams
* Highly organised with strong project management and campaign planning skills
* A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
