I'm currently working with one of my top clients, a leading retailer, who are looking to bring a Digital Marketing Executive into their growing marketing team.
This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, ambitious team with strong growth plans, where digital and ecommerce are a major focus for the business. The team are investing heavily in their online presence and marketing technology, so it's an exciting time to come in and make a real impact.
You'll play a key role in driving online traffic, customer acquisition and ecommerce performance, working across both paid media and organic channels while collaborating closely with the wider marketing and ecommerce teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and optimising paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager to drive traffic and conversions
* Supporting and developing the SEO strategy, including on-page optimisation, keyword research and content recommendations
* Using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager to analyse performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, ROAS and key ecommerce metrics
* Supporting website optimisation and digital initiatives to improve customer journey, engagement and conversion rates
* Collaborating with the wider team on content, landing pages and promotional campaigns
* Supporting email marketing activity and broader digital campaigns where needed
* Keeping up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates
Ideal background:
* Experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta
* Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research and on-page optimisation
* Experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms
* Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or HubSpot would be beneficial
* Background within retail/ecommerce or a digital/marketing agency environment would be ideal
* Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative team and is keen to learn and develop
The business has big growth plans over the next few years, making this a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their digital marketing career within a well-known retail brand that is investing heavily in ecommerce.
