Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company building a platform used by large multi-site organisations to improve operational visibility and performance.
As the product suite continues to expand, they are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to bring clarity to how their products are positioned, packaged, and taken to market.
This is a fast-paced scale-up environment, where strong product positioning and commercial thinking are key.
The Role
The Product Marketing Manager will own the positioning, productisation, and go-to-market strategy across a portfolio of SaaS products.
Working at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, you will translate product capability into clear, differentiated, and commercially compelling offerings that are easy for customers to understand and easy for sales teams to sell.
This is a highly commercial role focused on product clarity, differentiation, and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Positioning
- Own product messaging and value propositions across the portfolio.
- Translate complex platform capabilities into clear buyer-focused propositions.
- Define competitive positioning and differentiation.
Productisation
- Shape how products are structured, packaged, and sold.
- Define tiers, bundles, use cases, and pricing logic.
Go-To-Market
- Lead product and feature launches.
- Ensure consistent messaging across campaigns, website, and sales materials.
Sales Enablement
- Create clear sales tools including product one-pagers, use-case decks, and demo narratives.
- Support the sales team with strong product storytelling and positioning.
Market Insight
- Gather feedback from sales and the market to refine positioning and messaging.
- Monitor competitors and evolve the product narrative.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Sales Enablement within B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of platform or multi-product SaaS environments.
- Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging and positioning.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, scaling business.
