Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Base + OTE
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid (UK Based)
We are working with a fast-growing technology solutions provider looking to hire a driven Sales Development Representative to support new business growth and pipeline generation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, opening conversations with new customers, and playing a key role in building high-quality sales pipelines.
The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow up, and market research. You'll engage potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn, qualifying opportunities before passing them to senior sales colleagues.
You will:
* Generate and qualify new sales opportunities
* Book meetings and demos for the sales team
* Maintain accurate CRM records
* Support marketing and go-to-market campaigns
* Develop knowledge of technology solutions and market trends
* Work to activity targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
* Experience in sales, lead generation or customer-facing roles
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Comfortable with outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn)
* Organised with good CRM discipline
* Interest in technology or IT solutions
