We're partnering with a fast-growing, digital-first consumer brand that has built a strong presence online through bold creative, social-first content, and a strong brand voice.
The business has scaled rapidly over recent years and continues to invest heavily in brand, content, and organic growth channels. They're now looking to bring in a Content Marketing Executive to help elevate their social media presence, lead video-first storytelling, and create content that genuinely connects with audiences.

Role Overview
As Content Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for creating engaging, platform-native content across social channels, with a strong focus on short-form video.
You'll play a key role in shaping social content strategy, producing and editing videos, and telling compelling brand stories that drive engagement, awareness, and community growth. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you'll ensure content aligns with campaigns, launches, and commercial objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how content performs on platforms like TikTok and Instagram and knows how to balance creativity with consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging social content across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and others where relevant
- Own short-form video creation from concept through to filming, editing, and publishing
- Develop content ideas that align with brand tone, trends, and audience behaviour
- Support the wider marketing team with content for campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives
- Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on engagement and reach
- Stay up to date with platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate closely with marketing, performance, and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging
- Help evolve and maintain a consistent brand voice across social channels
Required Experience & Skills
- Experience in content creation, social media, or content marketing (in-house preferred)
- In-house marketing background preferred
- Strong video editing skills (short-form, social-first content)
- Confident storytelling ability with a strong eye for visual detail
- Experience creating content for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content streams
- Creative mindset balanced with an understanding of performance and engagement metrics
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within a fast-growth or digital-first brand
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
- Experience appearing on camera or directing on-screen content
- Understanding of social analytics and content optimisation
- Interest in brand-building, creative strategy, and digital trends
