Product Marketing Manager | B2B SaaS | Hybrid, Milton Keynes | £55k+A growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring a Product Marketing Manager to own product positioning, packaging, and go-to-market across their expanding platform portfolio.This is a commercial, revenue-focused role sitting between Product, Sales, and Marketing, turning complex platform capabilities into clear, differentiated, and sellable propositions that drive pipeline, win rates, and expansion.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions by buyer persona</li><li>Translate technical features into clear customer outcomes</li><li>Define product tiers, use cases, and packaging</li><li>Support pricing logic and bundles</li><li>Lead go-to-market and product launches</li><li>Deliver sales enablement (one-pagers, use cases, demo narratives, objection handling)</li><li>Ensure messaging is consistent across website, decks, proposals, and campaigns</li><li>Gather market and customer insight to refine positioning continuously</li></ul>Success measures: clear and consistent messaging, confident sales teams, stronger differentiation, and improved expansion opportunities.Ideal candidate:<ul><li>Experience in Product Marketing, Solution Marketing, or Sales Enablement (B2B SaaS/platform)</li><li>Strong at simplifying complex products into compelling value</li><li>Commercial, pragmatic, and comfortable influencing cross-functionally</li><li>Hands-on, delivery-focused, and thrives in a scaling SaaS environment</li></ul>
