Location: Birmingham / Hybrid (3 days in office)
Package: Up to £120,000 DOE
A leading UK technology business is looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to lead, inspire and elevate its sales organisation during an exciting phase of growth.
This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for a commercially astute sales leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth and strengthening vendor and customer partnerships across the IT channel.

What you'll be doing
Lead & Inspire
- Build, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration and solution-led selling
- Elevate performance through hands-on leadership and coaching
Drive Growth
- Grow the active trading customer base and maximise account potential
- Ensure revenue and gross profit targets are consistently exceeded
- Turn opportunities into long-term customer relationships
Optimise Sales Operations
- Oversee sales operations to improve processes and seller effectiveness
- Enhance CRM usage, reporting and pipeline visibility
- Free up sales time for what matters most - customer engagement
Strengthen Vendor & Go-to-Market Execution
- Represent the business in senior vendor and customer engagements
- Deliver joint campaigns, promotions and GTM initiatives
- Work closely with marketing and vendor teams on compelling propositions
What we're looking for
- Proven senior sales leadership experience, ideally within IT distribution or technology
- A track record of building, coaching and scaling high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of forecasting, pipeline and sales metrics
- Confident communicator able to influence across customers, vendors and internal teams
- Experience driving operational improvement within a sales function
