A growing creative agency, is looking to hire a Marketing Account Manager to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, delivering creative campaigns, and acting as the link between strategy, creativity, and execution.
You'll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, partnering closely with internal creative and digital teams to deliver impactful marketing solutions.
The Role
As Marketing Account Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing client accounts from brief through to delivery, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients
- Managing marketing and creative projects across digital and offline channels
- Translating client briefs into clear actions for internal teams
- Overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Building strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value
- Ensuring work is delivered in line with brand guidelines and client expectations
About You
This role would suit someone who is organised, confident with clients, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in an account management or client services role within a marketing or creative agency
- A good understanding of marketing channels and campaign delivery
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Confidence working with creative, digital, and production teams
