Role Overview
Our client is seeking a talented and detail-driven Graphic Designer with a strong focus on video, motion design, and the effective use of AI-powered creative tools. The role involves producing engaging visual and video content while ensuring all outputs align with established brand guidelines and the co-branding requirements of external partners.
This position is well suited to a designer with strong core graphic design skills, hands-on experience in video and motion, and confidence using AI tools to enhance creativity, efficiency, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including marketing materials, presentations, social media graphics, sales collateral, and internal communications
- Produce, edit, and optimise video content for websites, social platforms, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Develop motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual elements to support video and digital content
- Use AI-powered tools responsibly to support design, video editing, animation, image generation, ideation, and workflow efficiency, ensuring all outputs meet brand and quality standards
- Ensure all graphic and video content follows brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across typography, colour, layout, tone, and visual identity
- Collaborate with external partners to deliver co-branded graphic and video assets that meet shared branding requirements
- Work closely with internal teams to translate briefs and concepts into effective visual and video solutions
- Review and quality-check creative outputs, including AI-assisted content, to ensure accuracy and brand compliance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Organise and maintain design, video, and AI-generated assets in line with internal processes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with demonstrable experience in video and/or motion design
- A strong portfolio showcasing graphic, video, and motion work, with clear evidence of brand guideline adherence
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Experience using video and motion tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Experience using AI tools for creative production, with a strong understanding of brand control and quality standards
- Solid understanding of visual identity systems and design best practice
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed brand guidelines for internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable Experience
- Creating video and graphic content for digital marketing and social media platforms
- Experience working with corporate or B2B brands

- Basic understanding of storytelling, video pacing, motion principles, and emerging creative technologies
