Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - mix of office and remote working)
Salary: From £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Commission
We're working with a fast-growing digital agency that partners with ambitious brands to help them scale through data-led strategy, creative, and digital performance. With strong year-on-year growth and exciting plans ahead, they're now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of their outbound sales strategy and drive new business growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, proactive sales role - ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening new doors, and winning business from the ground up. You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, developing outreach strategies, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy focused on new business growth
- Identify and prospect ideal-fit brands through email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels
- Lead outreach, discovery calls, and qualification processes
- Work closely with senior leaders to refine propositions and pitch materials
- Manage and maintain a structured outbound pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope, price, and close proposals
- Track performance metrics and continuously optimise outreach effectiveness
About You
- Proven track record in outbound sales, ideally within a digital agency or SaaS environment
- Confident selling consultative or service-based solutions to senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, strategy, and performance-driven campaigns
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot (advantageous)
