The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic and commercially focused Brand Manager to join a growing business in the beauty and wellness sector. This is a fantastic role for someone eager to develop their brand management skills, working closely with an experienced Marketing Director to shape and deliver creative, impactful brand strategies.
You'll take ownership of key brands within the portfolio, helping to drive sales, grow awareness, and maintain consistency across all marketing channels - from digital and social to in-store and trade communications.
What You'll Be Doing
Driving Brand & Commercial Success
- Develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness and sustainable growth.
- Analyse brand performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Act as brand guardian, ensuring tone, visuals, and messaging align with brand values.
- Collaborate with sales, education, and creative teams to ensure brand plans are fully aligned.
- Identify new opportunities across retail, digital, and professional channels to increase brand visibility.
- Present product, campaign, and promotional ideas to the commercial team for review.
- Support the execution of trade marketing and communication plans.
- Manage relationships with existing brand and supplier partners.
- Produce regular marketing updates, newsletters, and content to highlight success stories and new launches.
- Brief and oversee creative materials, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support customer database management to enable targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate with the education team on brand-led training and event activity.
Digital & Content Marketing
- Plan and execute engaging digital and social campaigns to enhance brand engagement.
- Keep websites, blogs, and social channels up to date with fresh, relevant content.
- Manage brand imagery, videos, and digital assets to ensure consistent presentation.
Insights & Strategy
- Lead customer and market research projects to inform brand strategy.
- Monitor sales performance, promotional success, and category positioning.
- Stay ahead of competitor activity and emerging trends to maintain brand advantage.
Growth & Development
- Take a proactive approach to personal development and skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and share knowledge to support team success.
