Salary: £30,000-38,000

The Role:
This is a hands-on SEO-focused position where you'll take ownership of strategies for multiple clients across diverse industries. Your primary mission will be to drive measurable improvements in visibility, traffic, and conversions through technical and strategic SEO.
While SEO is the main focus, experience with paid media, particularly Google Ads is a strong plus, but not essential. If you're eager to expand into paid channels, you'll be supported in developing those skills.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO - Core Focus
- Develop and implement tailored SEO strategies across B2B and B2C sectors.
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical site audits.
- Optimise on-page elements including metadata, content, and internal linking.
- Manage off-page SEO including link-building strategies and digital PR.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on performance using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Provide recommendations on content strategy, site structure, and technical improvements.
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Paid Media - Desirable (Not Required)
- Support planning and optimisation of campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns follow best practices and platform compliance.
General / Cross-Agency
- Collaborate with content, social, and design teams to deliver integrated strategies.
- Present findings, results, and recommendations to clients confidently.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing through training, case studies, or trend reports.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' professional SEO experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable organic growth across multiple industries.
- Strong technical SEO knowledge (crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals).
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Nice-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms (Bing, LinkedIn, Meta).
- Knowledge of CRO and UX principles.
- Experience mentoring or training junior colleagues.
- Relevant SEO or paid media certifications.
