We're looking for a Business Development Manager (MSP) to spearhead growth, build strategic partnerships, and position our managed services as the go-to choice for forward-thinking businesses.
🌟 What You'll Be Doing
* Hunt for new opportunities - identify, pursue, and secure new business across IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and application support.
* Be a trusted advisor - build strong client relationships, understand their goals, and craft solutions that deliver real business impact.
* Sell with expertise - collaborate with technical teams to design tailored managed service solutions.
* Drive growth - develop and execute strategies, manage pipelines, and exceed sales targets.
* Lead deals from pitch to close - prepare compelling proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
* Stay ahead of the curve - monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
* Ensure smooth handovers - work with service delivery and account teams to guarantee excellent client experiences.
✅ What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in IT services / MSP space (5+ years preferred).
* Solid knowledge of managed services offerings - from cloud computing and infrastructure to cybersecurity and applications.
* Strong consultative sales skills - able to influence senior stakeholders and close complex deals.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
