* Be the trusted advisor - build strong, lasting client relationships and serve as the go-to contact for all technical needs.
* Solve real business challenges - understand customer goals and translate them into innovative technical solutions.
* Drive onboarding & adoption - support customers through implementation, integration, and deployment.
* Keep clients ahead - provide expert guidance, demos, workshops, and ongoing training to maximise value.
* Own escalations - resolve complex technical challenges swiftly and effectively.
* Grow accounts - identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring renewals and retention.
* Influence the future - collect feedback and shape the roadmap of next-generation solutions.
✅ What We're Looking For
* Experience in a technical, client-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Customer Success, etc.)
* Strong technical knowledge across areas such as cloud, SaaS, networking, cybersecurity, or business applications
* Exceptional communication skills - you can make the complex simple
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
* Comfortable with tools like CRM, ticketing systems, and productivity platforms
* Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
