A leading technology business based in Oxford is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team. Working as part of a collaborative marketing function, the successful candidate will support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across website, email, paid, and social platforms
Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practice and strong user experience
Support the creation of engaging content for digital channels including blogs, email, social media and landing pages
Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
Work with internal teams and external agencies to support campaign delivery and brand consistency
Support marketing automation and CRM activities to nurture leads and improve conversion
Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environment
Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email and social media
Strong content writing and communication skills
Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and reporting platforms
Creative mindset with a proactive and organised approach
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
A passion for technology and innovation
